• All images, videos, files, logos, trademarks and copyrights available through the Little Genius website are owned by The Little Genius Workshop, and/ or cannot be transferred to you or any third party.

RESTRICTION OF USE

• All images, videos and files of any design elements available through the Little Genius website are for personal use only and cannot be used commercially in any way.

• All Little Genius products cannot be distributed, transferred, or resold to any third party.

• All of the content which appears on the Little Genius website cannot be modified and converted to any other formats to subsequently manipulate, reproduce any products for sale, or publish on any websites or social medial networking sites.

TERMS OF SALES

• By placing an order for any good on the Little Genius Shop (collectively the “Shop”), you are agreeing to purchase the goods on and subject to the following terms and conditions.

• All prices listed on the Shop are in USD. Our Shop accepts payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apply Pay and PayPal.

• Once purchased, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email, followed by an email with a link to a file. Your file in PDF format will be available for download on the order confirmation page. The link will expire 24 hours after it is first clicked. The Little Genius Workshop is not responsible for any expired links.

• All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-returnable and non-transferable.
